Hey hey! I am super excited to share with you the story of 2 amazing clients (Kelly and Sarah) who came to us with a unique venue idea and trusted us to help guide them to their big day.

Kelly and Sarah's love story is as unique as they come—two free spirits who found solace in each other's creativity and passion for adventure. So when it came time to say "I do," they knew their wedding had to be just as bold and eclectic as they are. They instantly knew that they wanted to be surrounded by their loved ones, so a summer camp wedding felt like a great idea. Enter Camp Eagle Hill, a rustic haven nestled in the heart of Elizaville, NY. With its sprawling grounds and nostalgic charm, this summer camp venue allowed guests to stay onsite for the entire weekend, fostering a sense of togetherness and nostalgia reminiscent of childhood care-free summers. And the vibe? Think summer camp meets chic wedding celebration. From the moment guests arrived, they were swept up in a whirlwind of activities—go-kart racing, archery, pre ceremony pole dancing lessons and even a refreshing dip in the pool.

Embracing their uniqueness, their wedding palette spanned the colors of the rainbow, complementing the rustic charm of the camp setting. And let's not forget about the fashion! Kelly dazzled in a white sequined jumpsuit, while Sarah opted for a chic hunter green suit jacket. For the reception, they traded their formal attire for casual white rompers—because who says you can't dance the night away in style?

Arriving early allowed us to witness the lively atmosphere as guests immersed themselves in the weekend festivities. Seeing everyone relaxed and carefree affirmed Kelly and Sarah's vision of a fun-filled celebration. Throughout the planning process, our team ensured a seamless experience, offering support and guidance while keeping sustainability in mind. The custom reusable cups, a nod to Kelly and Sarah's eco-conscious values were a practical, sustainable, and oh-so-chic idea our team was happy to share with the couple. They were the perfect keepsake for guests to remember the weekend by.

We can’t talk about the amazing and personal without mentioning the custom-made flower vases and quirky signage adorning the tables. Every detail was a nod to their playful personalities. The vases, made by an amazing artist on Etsy, were in the shape of women’s bodies and had flowers sprouting from the top of the torso. They were a big hit and many of the guests were able to take one home with them!
